Delivery policy

STech Home provides standard free delivery within 3–5 working days to UK mainland addresses. Free delivery covers the whole of the UK mainland. We also offer offshore and international delivery; offshore areas are chargeable—please contact us for a delivery rate.

To help ensure successful delivery, please make sure your delivery address is correct and you have provided your best valid contact number.

How and when your item will be processed for delivery

All orders must be paid before shipping. Once payment is successful, you will receive an order confirmation email to confirm your order is about to be dispatched.

STech Home delivery procedure

Normal orders: We confirm delivery one day in advance by text message or phone call. The delivery driver will notify you 30–90 minutes before arrival.

Pallet deliveries: We will book by phone to agree a convenient delivery date.

Small parcels: No advance confirmation is provided.

On the date of delivery

  • The customer must check the delivery items to confirm there is no damage, no missing items, and no wrong items delivered.

  • The delivery driver will double-check item codes and quantities before handing items over.

  • The customer must confirm delivery by signing the manifest.

  • The driver may take 1–2 photos to confirm delivery completion.

  • If no one is home, there is no answer, or no further instruction is provided, the driver will mark the delivery as failed and return the order.

When the courier and customer both confirm that items are not damaged, not missing, and not incorrect, and the customer has signed, responsibility passes to the customer. STech Home will not resend or exchange in these circumstances.

Delivery requirements for customers

  • Double-check the delivery address and ensure it is correct.

  • Provide your best valid and available contact number (a personal mobile is preferred).

  • Inform us in advance of any delivery circumstances, including no one home / not available / need special assistance to move large items / leave an instruction note for the driver, etc.
