Returns Policy

STECH Homes aims to keep every customer satisfied with our products and service. If you decide not to keep your purchase, you may return your order.

Return procedure
Email stechhomes@email.com with your order reference and explain why you wish to return the item.
Once we confirm that your return is accepted, we can arrange a courier collection, or you may use your own courier or return the item yourself. If you use your own courier or bring the item in person, you are responsible for the return. Visits must be booked by appointment.

Acceptable reasons for return

• The return is within 180 days of delivery.

• The item was damaged in transit or a wrong item was refused by the customer.

• The item does not match the description (e.g., wrong colour).

• The item is faulty or not fit for purpose.

We charge for return in the cases below

• You changed your mind or no longer need the item.

• You ordered the wrong item (including wrong colour/wrong size, etc.).

• The item is not in its original condition and is not resalable.

• You return an item that does not belong to Stech homes (we check every return before issuing a refund).
