Dispatch times
We hold stock in our own warehouse in Nottinghamshire, so there's no wait for cargo from overseas. In-stock orders are dispatched within 48-72 hours of order receipt. If something is temporarily out of stock we'll email you with an expected date before processing your order.
Where we deliver
- UK mainland — free delivery, 3-5 working days
- Scottish Lowlands — £50 surcharge, 3-5 working days
- We're not currently deliveringto the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands

How much delivery costs
Your exact delivery cost depends on your postcode and is shown at checkout. Most mainland addresses are free; Scottish Lowlands postcodes carry a £50 surcharge. Where a free-delivery threshold applies, the checker will tell you.
When your order arrives
Please check your delivery over as soon as it arrives. If anything looks damaged in transit, or an item is missing or incorrect, email us within 7 days at hello@stechhomes.co.ukwith your order number and a few photos and we'll put it right at no cost to you. Full details are in our Returns Policy.
