1. Who we are

Stechhomes Ltd ("we"), company registered in England, VAT GB 486444260, registered office Rear Warehouse Unit A, Field Industrial Estate, Clover Street, Kirkby-in-Ashfield, NG17 7LH.

2. Your contract with us

A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email after you complete checkout, not before. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time before dispatch — if we do, we'll refund any payment taken in full.

3. Prices

All prices on the site are in GBP, include VAT at the prevailing UK rate, and exclude shipping (calculated at checkout). We may change prices at any time; the price you pay is the price displayed when you complete your order.

4. Delivery

Standard dispatch is 48-72 hours from order receipt for items in stock. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on your shipping zone. See our Returns Policy for what to do if your delivery is damaged, late, or incorrect.

5. Cancellation, returns and refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have a statutory right to cancel a consumer order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. On top of that statutory right, we offer a more generous 30-day no-quibble returns window for change-of-mind returns. See the Returns Policy for the full process.

6. Guarantees

Radiators carry a 10-year manufacturer guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. The guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability to you in contract or tort is limited to the price you paid for the product.

8. Disputes

These terms are governed by English law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by contacting us directly may be referred to the courts of England and Wales.
