Delivery
How long does delivery take?
In-stock orders are typically dispatched within 48-72 hours, and most UK mainland deliveries arrive within 3-5 working days. See our Delivery page for full details and a postcode checker.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free to most of the UK mainland. Scottish Lowlands postcodes carry a £50 surcharge. Your exact cost is shown at checkout, or check it up front with the postcode checker on our Delivery page.
Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver across the UK mainland, including the Scottish Lowlands. We're not currently delivering to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands. Enter your postcode on the Delivery page to confirm coverage.
Orders & payment
How do I pay?
Payments are handled securely by Stripe. You can pay by major debit or credit card, and any additional options will appear at checkout if available for your order. We never see or store your card details.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes. All prices on the site include VAT at the prevailing UK rate and exclude shipping, which is calculated at checkout based on your postcode.
When is my order confirmed?
A contract is formed when we send your order confirmation email after checkout. If we ever need to cancel an order before dispatch, we'll refund any payment taken in full. See our Terms & Conditions for the detail.
What's my order number?
Your order number is in your confirmation email, in the format STH-YYYYMMDD-XXXXX. Quote it whenever you contact us about an order.
Products & fitting
Do you install radiators?
We supply, we don't install. Radiators should be fitted by a competent person, and any electric heating element should be connected by a qualified electrician. How do I know which size I need?
Each product page lists dimensions and, where available, heat output. If you're unsure whether a radiator will heat your room, get in touch before ordering — the more detail you give us about the room, the more useful the answer.
Returns & guarantee
What's your returns policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused item in its original packaging for a full refund — on top of your 14-day statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. The full process is on our Returns page.
My item arrived damaged or faulty — what do I do?
Email hello@stechhomes.co.ukwithin 7 days with your order number and a few photos (the product, the packaging and the courier label). We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
Who pays for return postage?
For change-of-mind returns, you pay return postage. For damaged, faulty or incorrect items, we cover it — we'll either arrange collection or refund the postage when we issue your refund.
Is there a guarantee?
Radiators carry a 10-year manufacturer guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. It doesn't cover damage from improper installation, misuse or normal wear and tear, and it's in addition to your statutory rights.
